1. Account Deletion
If NovaLink offers an in-app account deletion feature, users should initiate deletion from the app settings or account section. If users need additional assistance, they may contact service@thbanana.com.
Requests should include the email address or account identifier associated with the account. We may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity before completing a deletion request. Where permitted or required by law, certain records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.
Deleting an account may remove profile visibility and access to the service, but content or messages previously shared with other users may remain visible to those users if already delivered, copied, or stored by them.

Users may contact us to request information about personal data associated with their account, subject to verification and applicable law.
3. Correction or Update Requests
Some profile and account details may be updated directly within the app. If additional help is needed, users may contact support using the email address below.
